STRIVE FOR PROGRESS, NOT PERFECTION

I started exercising with a start weight of 85 kg. My goal was to lose 10 kg in one year. It all started slowly with little motivation from myself. It began with exercising once a week on my own, then twice a week with a friend. After six months, I decided to start personal training and increased to three times a week. Currently, I weigh 73 kg and I work out four times a week with much more energy and far more intrinsic motivation than before. I would like to thank Martens Body Engineering for fueling this sustainable motivation!

EYE FOR DETAIL

Personal training at Martens Body Engineering is a combination of relaxation and exertion at the same time. Attention is given to posture, execution, and the feasibility of exercises. Only when these three factors are correct does the weight increase. Martens Body Engineering has shown me that by focusing on these three aspects, you can achieve the same — and often even more — progress and intensity than by uncontrolled swinging heavy weights, which can lead to injuries. Additionally, I appreciate that there is sometimes room for a pleasant chat, and I notice that I’m building self-confidence through the positive coaching during the sessions.
